The answer is C.

Turner's is associated with congenital renal abnormalities and possible DECREASED excretion of drugs that undergo renal metabolism. All the other are concerns. Don't forget the aortic valve issues and earlier (adult) cardiac disease (read coronary artery and ischemic heart disease). This may be the biggest issue.
